SEEK
Seeing, again and again...

Seek
Until you see, then look again
When the time comes
To look for answers
For changes
For paths forward
Seek, not just once,
but again and again.
The first look at something rarely reveals the whole story.
It shows only the surface—
what is easy, what is familiar,
what keeps us safe.
Look longer.
Wait a little.
Breathe before you decide.
Each return opens layers unseen,
truths unspoken, insights waiting.
Seek until you see.
And when you think you have
Found the truth
look again.
Journaling Prompts:
What am I noticing now that I may have overlooked before?
How can I return to something in my life with fresh eyes?
What does it feel like to seek without rushing toward an answer?
